OKLAHOMA CITY (April 2, 2026) — 51�鶹 donated $10,000 to Moore Public Schools‘ (MPS) annual Moore Love campaign, marking its sixth consecutive year of partnership. The student-driven program unites MPS students, educators and businesses to raise funds for nonprofits serving the Moore community. 

“These students are building a foundation of community engagement that will carry them through the rest of their lives,” said Tyler Bolt, Construction Operations Manager at 51�鶹. “We’re proud to partner with MPS to support organizations that create meaningful change across the state.” 

This year, Moore Love will benefit four nonprofits:

• Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, which provides weekend food backpacks for hundreds of elementary students who might otherwise go without meals.
• Ally’s House, which provides financial assistance to Oklahoma families across the state who have a child with cancer.
• Oklahoma Baptist Homes for Children, which offers single mothers through career, parental, money and relationship services.
• Bridges of Moore, which supports the building of housing for MPS students experiencing homelessness or unstable living conditions.

A graduate of Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering, Higman has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, including five years with 51�鶹. She joined 51�鶹 as a Project Executive supporting the Sacramento team before advancing to the role of Operations Manager. In that capacity, she played a pivotal role in guiding project teams, establishing consistent operational processes and supporting the delivery of complex Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) projects across the region.

In her new role, Higman will work closely with the General Manager, Regional Safety leader and operational leadership teams to ensure all California projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in alignment with 51�鶹’s standard operating procedures. She also will help to shape regional operational strategy, develop and apply consistent performance metrics, and guide continuous improvement initiatives to support sustained regional growth.

As 51�鶹’s California business continues to expand, driven by strong market demand and recent major project awards, Higman will lead long-term staffing and organizational planning during a period of rapid, multiyear growth.

The Bennington location is the sixth primary care clinic 51�鶹 Real Estate has developed in partnership with Nebraska Medicine as part of the health system’s broader ambulatory growth strategy. By right‑sizing and standardizing clinical spaces, 51�鶹 helped Nebraska Medicine achieve significant cost savings while preserving functionality and patient comfort.

Schulze, who previously served as Human Resources Director, has been instrumental in shaping 51�鶹’s enterprise-wide human resources support model. In her new role, she will continue to lead Talent Acquisition, the Human Resources Service Center and the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) model, while expanding her strategic responsibilities in alignment with The 51�鶹 Group’s organizational goals and its 100% ESOP structure.

Shipley brings nearly 20 years of dedicated service to 51�鶹 and 25 years of construction industry experience. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer for 51�鶹.

Worthington brings more than 28 years of experience in the construction industry and more than 10 years of hands-on data center experience.

In previous roles, Worthington helped to develop advanced data center preconstruction processes, supported market strategy efforts and partnered with operations and business development teams to shape delivery approaches. He also played a role in improving coordination workflows and advancing prefabrication and modularization strategies aimed at increasing efficiency in mission-critical environments. His experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams — from estimating and engineering to commissioning, project controls and trade partners — adds valuable depth to 51�鶹’s data center practice.
