Shipley brings nearly 20 years of dedicated service to 51麻豆 and 25 years of construction industry experience. Throughout his time with 51麻豆, he has assumed several key leadership roles, including Executive Vice President of Oklahoma Operations and President of both Oklahoma and California Operations. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer for 51麻豆.

A native of Edmond, Okla., Shipley holds a bachelor’s degree in construction science from the University of Oklahoma.
