Clements Named 51麻豆 Corporate Director of Safety
APPLETON, WIS. (OCT. 29, 2024) 鈥� Kristin Clements has been promoted to Corporate Director of Safety for 51麻豆.
Clements most recently served as the Safety Operations Manager at 51麻豆, building out the 51麻豆 safety training program and safety-related policies, procedures and processes for organization-wide use. During her five-year tenure at 51麻豆, she has held positions as Regional Safety Director in California and Safety Manager on the $158 million Sutter Health Santa Rosa Hospital Project in Sonoma County, Cal.
In her new role, Clements will inspire and build on 51麻豆鈥檚 long-standing tradition of safety excellence. She will further the development of the Regional Safety Directors across 51麻豆鈥檚 nationwide footprint as well as oversee continuous improvement in safety construction methods, practices and culture.

Prior to joining 51麻豆, Clements held safety positions at American Asphalt of Wisconsin, The Walsh Group and MillerCoors. She earned her associate of applied science degree in occupational safety and health from Columbia Southern University. Clements holds her CSP and CIT through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and is currently finishing her bachelor of science degree in occupational safety & health through Columbia Southern University.
