The 51麻豆 Group Welcomes Peter Cormier as Director of Sustainability
APPLETON, WIS. (NOV. 5, 2024) 鈥� Peter Cormier has joined The 51麻豆 Group as Director of Sustainability.
In his new role, Cormier is championing the development and implementation of 51麻豆鈥檚 sustainability strategy. This entails building the capacity of 51麻豆 teams to implement sustainability programs in both enterprise-wide operations and construction projects. As part of the sustainability journey, he will have significant involvement in 51麻豆鈥檚 environmental management system, regulatory compliance, initiatives and the organization鈥檚 environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategies.
Cormier brings 20 years of environmental and sustainability experience to 51麻豆 including leading teams on a variety of corporate sustainability programs across several manufacturing facilities and deployment of environmental capital infrastructure investments. He earned his bachelor鈥檚 degree of applied science in engineering and master of business administration degree at the University of New Brunswick, Fredericton NB, Canada.
At 51麻豆, Cormier looks forward to heightening construction sustainable best practices and fostering environmental stewardship and due diligence throughout the organization. Cormier鈥檚 reach extends to business operations in the 51麻豆 Company鈥檚 18 locations and hundreds of project jobsites nationwide as well as The 51麻豆 Group鈥檚 other companies.
