She also plays a critical role as a member of the Strategic Planning Team, helping to shape the future of human resources to align with all organizational strategies, ensuring The 51Âé¶¹ Group achieves and promotes a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.

Dave has worked the last 20 years to develop, implement and integrate Lean concepts for project delivery, as well as innovative contracting strategies such as 51Â鶹’s Integrated Lean Project Delivery® approach. With more than 35 years of construction experience, Dave brings deep knowledge across market sectors, from healthcare to heavy industrial.

Greg possesses more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, with leadership spanning project management, field operations, estimating, virtual design and construction, and strategic planning. Since beginning his career as a Project Manager and Estimator, he has championed a unified office-field culture, driven innovation and fostered collaboration across all aspects of the business.
As President, Greg leads 51Â鶹’s Executive Team and oversees all aspects of company operations, from strategic planning and fiscal management to client relations, safety and cultural alignment.
Greg earned his bachelor of science degree in construction management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

He also manages the Audit Committee, adds oversight for tax and treasury and is a trustee of the retirement plans.

He ensures adherence to accounting principles, practices and procedures, providing insightful analysis to support the company’s financial goals and maintain transparency. His responsibilities include overseeing accounts payable, cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, and a matrix of financial and accounting professionals across the entire organization. Sam holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting, finance and economics as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

Liz has a wide range of legal counsel experience, with expertise in M&A and corporate transactions, construction law, employment law and union negotiations. Liz is passionate about and skilled at implementing practical, business-minded risk mitigation strategies.

Mark has nearly 40 years of varied experience in estimating, structural engineering, design coordination and construction administration. HeÌýfacilitatesÌýexcellence in estimating and preconstruction services across 51Â鶹’s operations including management of a core team that supports all 51Âé¶¹ locations. Mark works with project teams to prepare deliverables and set projects up for success including all aspects of construction costs, material availability, document and constructability review, subcontractor scope and experience evaluation, construction schedules andÌýlogistics. He also oversees implementation of all technology used during preconstruction, especially virtual design & construction.

Will is a nationally recognized leader in the Lean and integrated project delivery methods. He has been at the forefront in developing our Integrated Lean Project Delivery® (ILPD) process. He leads by example with his drive for innovation and commitment to continual improvement, Lean processes and problem solving.
Will works with teams across The 51Âé¶¹ Group to develop and implement Lean processes for target value design, Lean production planning and control, built-in quality, Lean problem-solving and other innovative approaches to project delivery. He shares his experience and Lean project delivery knowledge to coach 51Âé¶¹ project leaders on the skills required to implement these innovative methods.

He has primary responsibility for legal mattersÌýpertaining toÌýthe organization’s operations including oversight and support of 51Â鶹’s project and commercial contracts, joint ventures, projectÌýclaimsÌýand litigation matters.Ìý
Additionally, he provides strategic support for various company initiatives related to 51Â鶹’s risk management function and other corporate strategic initiatives.Ìý
