Mark is a seasoned business development leader with more than 25 years of experience in driving growth, securing high-value projects and building strategic partnerships across diverse industries. Skilled in project acquisition strategies, contract negotiation, CRM and pipeline management, and KPI-driven accountability systems, Mark combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver sustainable results.

His ability to create repeatable processes and foster strong client relationships positions him as a strong asset for 51Âé¶¹ in Chicagoland and beyond. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Upper Iowa University.

Based in 51Â鶹’s Waukesha office, Dale leads data center business development efforts across 51Âé¶¹, a strategic role focused on driving project development and expanding 51Â鶹’s presence in this dynamic sector. In addition, he identifies partnerships with owners and trade partners to drive value, oversees preconstruction services and ensures project teams are set up for success.

Dale leads the team with extensive experience in multi-billion-dollar mission-critical projects, supporting growing data and technological needs, as well as more than 40 years’ experience in the construction industry. He brings expertise in leadership, market trends, delivery models and high-stakes projects. His role is instrumental in advancing innovative, reliable and client-focused solutions in the mission-critical space.
